Dear guests,

we take photographs and film during our event. We use the recordings to document the event and for our press and public relations work. They may, for example, appear in newspapers, on our website, on our social media channels or in brochures/print media.

if you do not wish photos/recordings to be made of you, please inform the photographer/film team of this in good time. They will then take care not to take any photos/recordings of you. Should it nevertheless happen that you are photographed/recorded contrary to your wishes, please inform us of this. We will then delete the relevant pictures/recordings immediately.

You may also be included in group photos. However, if you do not wish to be photographed, we will try not to include you in group photos either. personal data is processed on the basis of the provisions of the GDPR. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our company has a legitimate interest in taking and publishing photographs of the event for documentation purposes and for reporting purposes in order to carry out effective public relations work and draw attention to the events in the company.

We store the recordings for as long as the purpose continues to exist or processing is necessary. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data at any time and can have it corrected, deleted, its processing restricted or transferred. You have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If we process your data on the basis of consent given to us, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.
